Rates

The standard hourly rate for a private party is $150 per hour.

This includes the use of the room with air conditioning, the bathroom, the sound system, the TV, tables and chairs, yoga mats, a water fountain, cups and cutlery, a mini fridge, and a staff member to assist with ticketing, ID, and selling concessions, if desired.

  • Cleaning Fees 
    • Standard Cleaning Fee – $150 
    • Food and Alcoholic Beverage Cleaning Fee – $250
